Delivery
If in stock, we aim to dispatch your order and have it delivered to your door within 2-3 working days. If out of stock, we aim to dispatch your order and have it delivered to your door within 7-14 working days.
All UK orders will be posted via Royal mail recorded delivery- usually on a next working day basis.
An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order, and another letting you know when your order has been dispatched.

How do you wash bamboo clothing?
Hand washing in cool/ luke warm water, and line drying is recommended to prolong the life of the t-shirt, and to be totally environmentally friendly.
However you can wash bamboo products in the washing machine on a cool, delicate setting. Do not use fabric softeners.
Tumble drying is not recommended although, you can tumble dry on a cool setting for a short period of time.
Creases usually fall straight out of bamboo clothing, however you can iron on a cool setting, for a short time.
All bamboo items have been pre-washed to minimise shrinking, but you should expect up to 5% shrinkage in the wash.
How do you wash organic cotton?
Hand washing in cool/ luke warm water, and line drying is recommended, in the interest of being totally environmentally friendly.
Machine washing is not recommended. Expect some shrinkage. Do not use fabric softeners.

Returns
Orders can only be returned within 14 working days, if they are faulty. Exchanges can be made for an alternate size, although further payment of a delivery charge will be required.
